Very useful and complete app. User friendly and intuitive. I highly recommend improving the customer experience with a personalized chat. Airline Chatbox is not good if you want to satisfy needs and requirements.

My booked flight doesnt exist on the app, and it glitchy when attempting to type on search bars. I had to uninstall .
Pretty good app all in all, quite well designed and easy to use. Flight also was pretty good, although small amounts of food /drinks given.

App crashes right after the start with a message about security issues. Unusable.

Website and the app don't work at all and they have limited customer service hours and it makes you download an additional app to talk to the AI. who is useless and only repeats what information is online and cannot help you with anything else.
Check-in crashes, after having spent 20 minutes entering all the details for my family, for passports numbers, expiry dates, etc. etc. etc. Cannot recommend it. Should be redesigned
